We take care of the entire file storage process. From packing and transport to data collection and file access - all steps are carried out by our experienced team.
1. Pickup
Our staff can pack your files and folders into the archive boxes when you pick them up, or you can pack them yourself.
2. Transport
The archive boxes are transported in our own vehicles.
3. File receipt
Depending on the customer's wishes, we can link individual files, folders and/or just the complete archive box with a barcode for identification.
4. Storage
The archive box is then placed at its location in the archive warehouse and registered there.
5. Destruction of the files
Once the deadlines have expired and you have given your approval, we destroy the files in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act.

The archive box is 42 cm long and 33 cm wide and can hold 5 wide or 8 narrow DIN A4 file folders.
During the storage period, if necessary, we can send you back individual folders, entire boxes or even select individual documents and make them available to you digitally.

We design a storage structure for you with fully indexed (OCR) PDF files. If you already have a document management system (DMS) in use in your company, we generate the appropriate digital import data so that you can import the file folders we scan into your DMS.
We take care of the entire file digitization process for you, including packaging, collection and secure interim storage. If necessary, your entire archive will be packed on site by our team and transferred to our secure file warehouse. Your folders are stored there safely and organized until everything is digitized.
Do you need timely access to certain documents? We also provide you with the desired documents digitally during storage (scan on demand).
We assign receipt types and document types, pre-sort if necessary and carefully remove all staples, staples and staples. This means your documents are optimally prepared for a smooth scanning process. After scanning the file folders, we enter the search terms for each digital file that you need to quickly and easily find the files in the DMS or in the filing structure.
Finally, we can destroy the original documents if desired. Your files will be destroyed in accordance with the DSGVO confrom. We will destroy documents after your data has been checked and written approval. You will receive a corresponding certificate confirming successful destruction.
