We work safely and sustainably. Our goal is to offer our services sustainably and in a way that conserves resources. With a photovoltaic system on the roof, we produce the electricity ourselves to operate our system. All destroyed materials are recycled. For example, hygiene paper is made from the destroyed files.
The legislature regulates how long business documents must be kept and how what must be destroyed. Accounting documents, for example, have to be kept for 10 years, patient files often have to be kept for 30 years and business letters for at least 6 years. Before the document shredder is switched on or a service provider is commissioned, it should first be checked which deadlines must be met for which documents. Particularly if third-party data is affected, the data carriers must be disposed of safely in accordance with ISO 21964 / DIN 66399, taking the DSGVO into account.
