Every company, no matter how big or small or in which area it operates, produces and manages sensitive information. This can be personal data of employees or customers that is protected by the Federal Data Protection Act or also business related information like sales statistics, business development information or correspondence.

Gauer Daten- und Aktenvernichtungs GmbH as a certified specialist disposal company does not employ any subcontractors for the disposal and destruction of information carriers. All employees are permanent employees and are bound to data confidentiality according to §5 of the BDSG. The declarations can be viewed on request.
hard drive destruction
Circulated during the last months, in the media constantly reports on undeleted or incompletely erased hard drives that have been auctioned on eBay for example.
As long as the media are not destroyed completely and reliably, there is a danger that data such as annual reports, design drawings, transactions or password fall into the wrong hands. What is already standard for paper documents, it also enforce for hard disks: Shredding.
mobile document destruction
Since May 2008, we offer you, as a supplement to our container exchange or dischargeable system, the destruction on site using a mobile high-performance shredder with its own power supply.

Gauer only use closed and lockable security bins and containers. This prevents direct access by unauthorized persons to confidential files and disks. Gauer offers a flexible use with different sizes of containers, so it can be chosen according to the local conditions of the ideal container.
